Preparing for your visit
After booking your appointment, we will send you a welcome pack which will include:
- A welcome letter confirming the day and time of your appointment
- Directions to our practice location
- Information about orthodontics
- An acquaintance form including a medical history section
- A referral to have X-rays taken if required
Please take a moment to ensure that each form is accurately filled out and then bring the documentation with you to your appointment. This will save time and keep your appointment running on schedule.
Our Maroochydor practice
Upon arrival at our Maroochydore location, you will be welcomed by one of our friendly Treatment Coordinators and directed to a treatment room. Our practice is equipped with modern furnishings and the latest dental technology. We use the iTeroⓇ 3D scanner, which helps our specialist orthodontists plan treatments without the need for traditional dental impressions.
